What is our point of difference?
Meghan’s unique qualifications and wealth of experience create an empowering subtle mix of Social Work theories and therapies to add additional value to all of her services. These include (but are not limited to) Relational Learning (Gestalt Theory/Therapy), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Systems Theory.
We uphold the three ethical principles of Social Work: Respect for persons, Social justice, and Professional integrity.
"Experiential learning with therapeutic benefits minus the feeling of traditional therapies = empowering you to Rise to Your Potential".
